This is an authentic Desert DPM (DDPM) Combat Shirt issued to British Forces during the First Gulf War (1990-1991), known as Operation Granby in the UK and Operation Desert Storm in the US.
This shirt represents the first generation of the two-color British desert camouflage. Unlike later versions used in Iraq and Afghanistan, these early Gulf War-era shirts are becoming increasingly desirable for their specific historical connection to the liberation of Kuwait.
