Set of five vintage, hand-painted Vietri Solimene "Campagna" earthenware plates, featuring assorted animal designs. The plates were crafted in Italy and distributed by C.A.S. Vietri Inc. of Chapel Hill, NC. Each measures 9.5” in diameter and features an adorable animal design. Included is one maroon Mucca (Cow) plate, two blue Fish (Pesce) plates and two yellow Ram (Montone) plates. Plates are in used, vintage condition with marks and stains from use on them (see photos). One of the yellow ram plates has a chip on it (see photo). Being sold together, no plate will be sold separately.
