This vintage tin toy is stamped on the back:

Question marks are in the place of characters I could not make out with certainty. First one looks like it could be a capital A, but the top of it is curved, not like the A in MAJOR or PA. The second could be a 6 but again, I say that with zero certainty.
The toy is in good condition for it's age with only minor scuffs and scratches to the paint. The paint still has good color but seems somewhat faded; I imagine they were brighter originally. No dents anywhere and no missing pieces.
BUT - THE KEY WILL NOT WIND. I don't know if it is repairable but, every source I found talks about taking it apart. I've left that to the next owner in fear I'd break something trying to fix it. With slight pressure on the key in the
wrong
direction, the arms move up and down as they should. I only did this for a second or two to see if the arms would move, but did no
