Excellent condition with some wear present and cameo could use a light cleaning. Beautiful genuine carnelian shell is hand carved in gorgeous detail and features a Bacchante woman complete with elaborate ringlets, leaves, and clear faceted glass rhinestones. Cameo is prong-set on front and rear allowing it to float openwork-style inside its frame. Frame is stamped 800 silver and is accented with gold gilding and genuine marcasite. Includes bail to be worn as a pendant. Clasp functions perfectly. Please see photos for measurements in inches.
