Vintage animated Disney Goofy novelty telephone by Telemaina.
This item powers on and animates when batteries are installed. Goofy lifts his head, opens his eyes, and raises his arms as shown in photos. No sound is produced during animation mode. I am not sure if this model is intended to talk or make noise, but audio does not function.
