This vintage 1980s black velvet tulle prom dress with puff sleeves and a bow is a stunning example of glam rock style. Condition: Pre-owned good condition. There is a hole in the tulle skirt material and stain on the lining, which cannot be seen under the tulle. The back bow will need to be penned on the left side to keep it upright and even with the other side. Please see all photos.
