Three small flaws: small rips at the shoulder, seam at the top of the shoulder is starting to come apart.
Full circle skirt with interfacing and tulle for poofiness
Gorgeous slate steel blue/gray color
Waist measures 32 inches, bust measures 34 inches across, but the way the bodice is constructed that measurment deceiving its probably 36 or 38 inches around
I would guess from the measurements that this dress is somewhere between a modern 10 and 14 it is labeled as an 18
