Percolator has all original parts and works but is sold as a display item only. All Corning ware percolators with a stainless steel band, that do not have a 3 digit number etched into the band to the right of the handle, were recalled. The epoxy that attaches the stainless steel rim to the pot can fail, separate from the pot, and cause serious burns. These may be used for cool liquids, a utensil holder, floral vase, or any decor purposes.
Item is in like new condition with a light chip on the bottom of the pot. Please feel free to ask for additional photos or contact me if you have any questions
