This is an authentic, vintage British Army 1968 Pattern Combat Smock, featuring the first widely issued Disruptive Pattern Material (DPM) camouflage. Known for its heavy-duty construction and distinctive design, this smock is a classic piece of military history from the late 60s/early 70s. It was designed to be worn over clothing and webbing.

Details

* Pockets: Four large front bellows pockets, all with button-closure flaps.
* Closure: Heavy-duty brass zip fly with a protective windproof storm flap secured by buttons.
* Waist and Hem: Drawcords at the waist and hem for cinching and keeping the weather out.
* Cuffs: Adjustable cuffs with button closures - (Missing buttons see photos).
* Material: Heavyweight cotton material.

Condition Details

This smock is in used, previously issued condition. It shows signs of wear, which may include slight fading of the DPM pattern, marks and evidence of prior use, some small holes as well (Pictured).
