90s Black Velour Dress by Sangria | Asymmetrical Hem

Fabulous late 90s black velour dress by Sangria, size 12, made in Indonesia. Super soft with nice stretch and such a flattering silhouette. The asymmetrical flutter hem gives it great movement and that slightly dramatic, dressed-up 90s feel. Perfect for a night out, holiday party, or anytime you want something comfy but elevated.

Measures about 18.5" bust and 16" waist with stretch. Approximately 52" long from shoulder to the longest point of the hem. Good used vintage condition with no major issues noted.
