Gorgeous authentic vintage blouse from the "Top-Dress Seeler" label, Made in West Germany! This late 70s/early 80s gem features a vibrant floral print and a silhouette that is perfectly petite and curvy.
Crafted from a high-quality 65% triacetate / 35% polyamide blend, it has a beautiful silky drape. The standout features are the puffed shoulders and the incredible 4-button cuffs that add a touch of drama to any outfit.
CONDITION NOTES: Please read carefully! This beauty is a project piece. It is missing one button on the front and two buttons on the left cuff. The underarm fabric is thinning slightly, which is typical for vintage triacetate but not yet a hole. Price reflects these flaws—perfect for a collector who loves a quick DIY fix!
