This is an authentic bag that has been used for the last 20 years and loved. There are a couple of issues including the Coach Logo Name plate from front tab is missing. There are the holes in the leather where it was. See photo. The strap has some signs of thread pulling. Inner lining is clean. Interior leather numbered tag is still intact. I am not sure how to clean it but it does have a faint stronger perfume smell from original owner. Otherwise it is in nice condition. Needs someone to appreciate the love this bag shares. It is heavy and well made. A really great bag.
