Vintage Kadee Trains HO Scale New York Centeal Railroad #20450 Red/Maroon Bay Window Caboose with Roof Walk. I’m not sure if this was originally sold as a kit to assemble yourself or if it was sold fully assembled. It’s in good shape. Cosmetically, it looks good. Some of the smaller thin plastic pieces show a bit of wear & a few have broken away from the body but overall, it’s a nice looking piece. It was very dusty when acquired. I’ve cleaned it up some but it could use a bit more detailing.
