One of the glasses has a small chip at the rim. The neck of the decanter either has scratching or a film on it. Please see photos.
The set came with a stopper, but it doesn;t match...this probably caused the scratches on the decanter. I will include the clear stopper, but knot it is does not match or fit correctly.
