The sweeping lines and mixed-color rhinestones are characteristic of Art Deco or mid-century vintage costume jewelry. Pieces with this design were popular from the 1930s to the 1960s.
The brooch features numerous clear pavé-set rhinestones along the stems and crescent base, with larger, prong-set colored chaton and navette (marquise) cut stones in blue, yellow, pink, and aqua/teal forming the blossoms. The metal appears to be a bronze pot metal, which often acquires a rich patina over time.
Note: one missing rhinestone in flower.
