Vintage Dutch Gouda Crocus Art Pottery Vase 6.5" Raised Slip Floral

Vintage Dutch Gouda art pottery vase featuring classic raised slip-trail decoration with a stylized animal and floral motif.

This vase bears the distinctive "house" mark of Plateelbakkerij Zuid-Holland (PZH), though the mark is actually the Gate of Lazarus.
PZH typically used cryptic symbols to date their art and usually painted them to the left of the Gate mark. The mark on this, however, a diamond, is painted on the right. It indicates production in 1922.

This piece showcases traditional Gouda design elements including bold hand-painted colors, matte green ground, and textured outlines. Signed on the base "Crocus – Holland – Gouda."
