Vintage handmade turquoise blue dress with jacket set -- sleeveless sheath dress and matching short peplum jacket with short cap sleeves and tie front. White looped trim detail around neckline and arm holes of dress, and on the front, neckline, and peplum bottom of the jacket. Excellent vintage condition. Circa 1980s.
Fits M-XXL. Fabric is most likely a polyester spandex blend -- it has a bit of stretch to it and can go further than below measurements.
