Clock works, HOWEVER, I the number of times it chimes, does not match the hour. For example, it may chime 5 times when it's only 3:00. There are a few different dials on the back and a reset button, but I've not figured out how to get it to be in sync. It does have an option to turn the chimes off, which is what I've done.
There are minor scratches from normal wear and some discoloration on the front bottom. You may be able to take it apart and clean it, but I will leave that up to the buyer.
