The charm features a gold-tone fan with Hello Kitty wearing a red floral hair ornament, paired with a translucent red bead. Stamped © ’76, ’05 Sanrio on the back - a verified release from the mid-2000s Japan-only series. The barrel shows a vibrant kimono-style floral and geometric pattern, with matching gold hardware, and Hello Kitty written in Japanese style.
