- Nicely done ceramic seal by a home hobbyist
- Done when the popularity of home ceramics were probably winding down
- Signed and dated, but hard to read because of old tape residue. Looks like it says Mr J and probably 1982 - see photo
- A nice, shiny, and happy piece to add to your vintage decor!
