Just Desserts Dress in Blue by Pinup Girl Clothing, Size XL. I bought this as one of my Unicorns years ago from someone else, but never wore it. I just appreciated her hanging in my closet.
The dress is in EUC, with a small amount of discoloration in one of the light blue panels, and on part of the ruched bust area. I have posted photos to show this, but it is very faint and won't be seen when being worn. Please see pictures for measurements and as part of the description.
