I bought this from a vintage store as a handmade vintage dress..however a label has been cut out of the neck so clearly this isn’t the case. Just want to be honest. I’ve never worn it. Too bright for me now. Bust is approx 32 and length is about 33. Unsure of fabric, slight mark I’ve seen on back as shown which could be from storage and I think it will wash out
