These are just beautiful trousers, nice quality, brought off vinted but just a tad tight on me, they are a XL, but I would say 14/ small 16, , elasticated at the back but nice and pleated at the front, very flattering, ideal for work or to dress up with boots, please see photos of length, I'm only 5ft 2, and these just sit above my ankle
