Very adorable and just in time for Valentines Day!
Heirloom Collectibles Vintage (2001) Embroidered Knit Sweater Cardigan. In red, adorned with embroidered hearts and flowers throughout, on the ends of the sleeves, the buttons, and on the collar (front and back). There’s shoulder pads in the sweater but you could easily remove them. They really don’t make sweaters like this anymore. This looks to be a size medium to large (hard to tell , the size tag may have been cut off):
