The book traces Yuzuru Hanyu's trajectory from his Novice days in 2007, when he was only 12 years old, to August 2014.
The photographer is Sunao Noto, also from Sendai. Showing the cameraman, with whom he has been in contact since his boyhood. The book features the true face of the Sochi Olympics gold medalist, as well as powerful competition photos.
The photographs show the faces of the gold medalists at the Sochi Olympics after overcoming the Great East Japan Earthquake in 2011, as well as their faces at the competitions leading up to their gold medal win at the Sochi Olympics. The book also includes photos of her in other competitions, such as the triumphant parade after the Sochi Olympics, which was attended by about 92,000 fans, and her facial expressions at TV taping sites.
