Story:
Directed by Ridley Scott, this stylish action thriller is set in Osaka, Japan. Two NYPD detectives (Michael Douglas and Andy Garcia) escort a dangerous Yakuza killer named Sato (Yusaku Matsuda) back to Japan, only to have him escape. Forced to navigate the unfamiliar Japanese underworld, they team up with a disciplined Japanese inspector (Ken Takakura).

This Japanese release VHS is dedicated to the legendary actor Yusaku Matsuda, who played the villain Sato and tragically passed away shortly after the film's release. The back cover features a tribute text: "Dedicated to Yusaku Matsuda" (in Japanese). His performance as the chilling antagonist is widely considered one of the best in cinema history.
