A lovely soft but rugged cable-knit wool Jumper dating from circa the 1980s. Made in France of 100% wool, this piece is genuine French Navy issue. The Jumper is meant to be worn tight. It is a very stretchy knit and will move with you. Worn the classic way, this would fit a Large. If you prefer your jumpers a bit more oversized, this may suit a Small to Medium. The Jumper is in overall good and wearable condition. Part of the seam holding the rolled collar down on the rear right shoulder has come undone and there is slight fraying to the collar (see photos). A rare piece of quality knitwear with a timeless, classic look.
