Department 56 Peanuts Village Snoopy Water Tower 4038645 Building Accessory READ

This piece is in overall nice condition. PLEASE NOTE, while I did not identify significant paint flaws, I did notice the ladder is held to the water tower using string in 2 separate places. Given there appears to be or have previously been glue in those places, I am unsure if this was done at the factory for an extra layer of security (the ladder holds onto the tower with no issue) or it was done by someone else and, therefore, I feel it is important to mention and photograph. Please carefully examine all pictures and ask any questions if there are any. The packaging does show signs of wear from storage. If there are any questions, please feel free to ask. Thanks!
