This is a vintage facsimile edition of William Blake's "Jerusalem: The Emanation of the Giant Albion," published by the Trianon Press for the William Blake Trust in 1952. It is the first complete edition with the text in letterpress alongside a facsimile of the uncolored engraved book, designed by Arnold Fawcus in 1951 and printed in France. Limited to 2500 copies, this example is in unread, Excellent condition with untouched pages. It includes the original cream dust jacket with very minor shelf ware, Blake's illustration and the marbled slipcase also with minor shelf ware. An outstanding collector's piece for fans of Blake or rare poetry facsimiles.
