Vintage 1980s STEPHEN SPROUSE Color Block Red Blue Mohair Sweater Size Large

Gorgeous vintage, 1980s, new without tags, color block sweater by Stephen Sprouse for his “S" line. This fabulous, unworn sweater features a bright blue torso and a bright orange/red shoulders and sleeves. Knitted of 70% mohair and 30% nylon with banded waist and cuffs.

It is marked a size large and it is meant to be oversized, but as it is a vintage item, please pay attention to the measurements.

Chest: 23" across
Waist: 22.5" across
Hem: 20" across
Sleeve length: 21"
Overall length: 24.5"

I bought this sweater in 1987, and I was thrilled because it looked like one that Vivienne Westwood designed for Johnny Rotten in the 1970s. But for whatever reason, I never wore it.

Please note: This sweater is in excellent, unworn vintage condition. It’s been in storage in my parents’ home for 35 years. There are no rips, runs, pulls, holes or stains.
