This listing is for the beautiful Shining Magikarp from the set Neo Revelation back in 2001. As you can see in the photos, this card also displays the highly sought after double holo/holo bleed error.
While the card was graded before PSA started distinctly labeling this error around 2023, it can be easily resubmitted to PSA or any chosen grading service post-purchase to receive an updated label.
