NOTE-frame has small scratches/scuffs from normal use- none compromise integrity of frame. Toddler seat fabric is brand new/never used. Wheels are ready to go and wont need replacing anytime soon. Basket mesh has a couple small pulls, none effect function. Brake is functional & fold is smooth. Fold latch is broken- see last picture. Cleaned since photos& ready for use!
