This is a signed painting by IGMA Artist Marjorie Adams.
Adams is an Academy of Honor miniature artist and was a recipient of the prestigious Mell Prescott Award.
Her paintings rarely come up for sale.
I happen to have this very lovely one done by her of Manet's, "Flowers in a Crystal Vase".
She repainted it in miniature.
Her work is known all over the world!
