This is a hand painted prototype metallic madness 2015 Raya. She has long saran hair with blonde highlights. Hand painted face. Shoes that are not removable. Part of the sculpting is chipping away on the top of one of the shoes. Please see photos. Does include her second shirt, pants, and metallic hairbrush. her blue jacket is a softer material than the release version.
