Charming vintage Heller Hostess-Ware "Colorama" dessert dishes, which are also known as sherbet cups. Set of seven.
These dishes are from the mid-century modern era, typically the 1950s or 1960s.
They are a two-piece design consisting of a clear glass bowl with a scalloped edge and a vibrant, anodized aluminum base.
The glass inserts are removable, and the bases come in a variety of colors, such as blue, green, red, yellow, and purple.
The design was created by Lella and Massimo Vignelli and won a design award in 1964.
