• Installation Guide： 1.Disconnect Battery: Remove negative (-) terminal first. 2.Remove Components: Take off necessary parts (cover, flywheel) to access old stator. 3.Remove Old Stator: Disconnect wiring harness. Unbolt stator. 4.Prepare Surface: Clean mounting surface thoroughly. Remove debris/gasket residue. 5.Install New Stator: Place new stator carefully. Secure bolts finger-tight.
• Installation Guide： 6.Torque Bolts: Tighten bolts evenly to manufacturer's specification. Do not overtighten. 7.Route Wiring: Connect wiring harness securely. Route wires away from hot/moving parts. Avoid sharp edges or pinching. Secure with ties. 8.Reassemble: Reinstall flywheel, cover, and other components removed in Step 2 with correct gaskets/seals.
