Designed for measuring and inspecting brake rotor runout and ball joint wear. The 12 inch flexible arm has adjustable segments for 360 degree positioning and locks into shape with a single cam lock lever. Indicator mount has 1/2 inch maximum capacity. Indicator range: 0 to 1 inch with 0.001 inch resolution. Indicator reads 0-100 and has a revolution counter. Includes a 7 inch curved-jaw locking plier with a tapped hole in the plier: this allows the arm to be mounted on the vise, and then the dial indicator is mounted onto the arm. Locking plier can clamp onto an automotive part for taking measurements with the dial indicator. Contour base features a magnetic stand with M8 mounting hole.
