Operating at a 905 nm laser wavelength, this module delivers an impressive ranging capability of approximately 13 to 3,281 feet (4 m to 1,000 m) with a ranging accuracy of ±1 inch for distances under 1,312 feet. With a customizable update rate of 3–10 Hz and a valid measurement rate of 98% or higher, it ensures consistent and dependable performance. Weighing just 0.81 oz (approx. 23 g) and measuring roughly 1 inch in diameter by 1.8 inches in length, this lightweight module integrates seamlessly into handheld devices such as night vision devices, thermal imagers, telescopes, and laser illuminators. It also supports broader applications including perimeter security, aviation, railways, law enforcement, and outdoor sports. Featuring a UART-TTL communication interface, a 115200 bps baud rate, and low average power consumption under 0.8 W, the LR1000D25 is built for easy secondary development and reliable field deployment.
