Heavy Duty Steel Adapters Made in Michigan, USA. Take your 8 lug dual rear wheel truck to larger 10 lug Semi Pattern. Please note these do not take a single rear wheel truck to a dually. These work only with 10x285.75mm pattern Hub Pilot Semi Style Wheels. These do not work with the 10 lug F450/550 or Ram 4500/5500 wheels. Kit is sold in set of 4 adapters (2 Front and 2 Rear adapters). Rear adapters have enough thickness and stud length to run double aluminum wheels on the rear.
