Plush is brand new! I have it at this price due to two things: Hex often takes months to ship out their orders (some people have waited over 4 months to receive their orders), and with the new tariffs on China, their plushies have become more expensive (if you look on Hex's website, they say that the buyer is responsible for handling customs and import expenses, which would include tariff prices, which is up to 145% of the item's price, currently).
This is the ONLY Foxy Plush I have. He comes from a smoke-free home. He has never been taken out of his plastic bag. All parts he initially came with are included.
