Improve the power and efficiency of your 2017-2019 Chevrolet/GMC 6.6L Duramax L5P with the Mishimoto cold-side intercooler pipe and boot kit. The factory cold-side pipe for the L5P is a measly 2.5" that chokes the engine and tight bends create even more restriction. The Mishimoto cold-side intercooler pipe is 3" in diameter throughout with smooth transitions to significantly increase airflow, resulting in more power potential. Mishimoto designed this pipe as two pieces, like the factory pipe, for ease of install. This kit also includes our silicone boots with DuraCore™ technology. Mishimoto DuraCore™ technology is the synthetic material that comprises the innermost layer of all Mishimoto silicone diesel boots. Compared to normal silicone, DuraCore™ provides superior resistance to heat, pressure, fuel, and oil. This effectively increases the life of our boots by preventing leaks and blowouts. To add even more reliability, this kit includes Mishimoto constant-tension T-bolt clamps for accurate and consistent holding power. Our cold-side intercooler pipes also feature a CNC-machined quick-disconnect fitting with new o-ring and spring clip to ensure a secure and leak-free fit. Unlike other available cold-side pipes on the market, our pipes retain the intake air temp harness mounting location for safe and secure wire routing, just as Chevy/GMC intended.
