The building is in excellent condition and comes with a working light cord and a slightly scraped bulb
All 4 signs/flags are included but two are in great condition and the other 2 have issues.., one has the gold piece that needs to be reattached ( picture 7). and has a hard time going in and the other (picture 8) flag snapped off and could use a little glue or a pry out of the piece stuck in... look in picture 5 you will see all 4 pieces and the two on the left are the ones with issues and the 2 on the right are good
Box Sleeve and Styrofoam show age and storage wear and there might be a little glitter from past displays on it
