Purchased this as a gift for my pop in 2016 and it has been sitting in his closet (never worn). I finally asked him why and he said “it didn’t fit.” I took it back, tried it on and it definitely runs small— tight at the shoulders. I tried wearing it 1-2x and just can’t seem to make it work.
