Vintage Tacoa Gold Tone or Gold Plated Floral Engraved Bangle with Clasp & Security Chain. Lightweight bangle, 1/5" wide, with easy push-in style clasp. Bracelet was originally sold at Hess's Department Store (still has a piece of original tag on bottom). See pictures for best description.
