There are 9 sets of stencils. Most sets have four exact copies. But a couple have only 2 or 3 (as intended;these are complete). You use by cutting out all the number 1’s from one, all the 2’s from the next one and so on in order to use as stencils. Two of the sets are partially cut, the other sets are uncut and unused. They measure approx 15.25” x 8.5”.
