This antique South American shawl pin is a beautiful piece made of silver metal by a Spanish Colonial jeweler. The intricate design has a large sun on the center portion. Beautiful traditional craftsmanship and attention to detail. Perfect for collectors of ethnographic artifacts or those with a love for unique and authentic pieces from the past.
Unknown dark green stone in center. Note most of piece is non or marginally reactive to magnets. I have not yet tested for specifics. I do not know what type of silver this is as is unmarked.
Dimensions: 8.75" long, 3.5" wide.
Condition: Antique silver metal, overall tarnishing and some wear, stone is hard to see.
