Antique Swedish silver fork and knife from two Stockholm early 19th-century silversmiths.
The fork is hallmarked CGR for Carl Gideon Renander with the Swedish date letter T2 for 1801, the knife handle bears the mark of carl Gideon renander, while the knife blade bears the mark IPG for Johan Petter Grönvall with the date letter B4 for 1832 signifying that the renander blade was replaced at some point by Grönvall.
Both pieces carry the Swedish national control mark of three crowns in a trefoil along with the Stockholm town mark.
There are signs of wear commensurate with age, please see photos , a small dent can be noticed on the knife handle.
Purity of silver is likely .830 as was the standard at the time in Sweden.
