Brand New with Tags - but flawed. There is a stain on the very bottom of the dress. Almost looks like a cleaning agent dripped on it and caused the blue color to be slightly bleached. It was purchased with the intention of hemming the bottom anyway because it is very long and would be removed in the process. The stain is on the very bottom of the dress about 6" above the hem if that helps. Otherwise, it's in great condition. As shown in the photos. Please see all photos for details. I have tried to show the fun details or flaws (if there are even any) in the photographs.
