Bierzo is the garden of northwest Spain. Located amongst its fields and orchards, El Artesano have been crafting artisan preserves for 30 years. Tender green Bierzo figs are pickled with a little mustard seed then packed in ""agridulce"" (sweet and sour) syrup. El Artesano Pickled Spanish Green Figs are excellent with cured hams like prosciutto and serrano. Their ""sweet and sour"" flavor partners well with many cheeses.
