Excellent used condition, no pilling or general signs of wear. Was used sparingly for about 3 years. Cotton material is very soft and elastic, so dare I say it might even fit a Large well. Ralph Lauren usually runs true to size otherwise. Absolutely great piece that doesn't get enough love in my house. Bought for about $150
